What Growing Pains? FloQast Named a Best LARGE Company To Work for by LA Business Journal

It’s officially official: For the fifth year in a row, FloQast has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journals’ Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. 

Unlike last year, when FloQast was named a top medium-sized tech company to work for in LA, this year, FloQast participated as a “large” technology company, finishing as the top SaaS company and in the top three overall.

In the five years since FloQast first made the list, the company has gone from the true definition of a startup to a unicorn. In that time, the company culture has evolved tremendously, but at every major moment of the company’s growth — from a handful of employees at the infamous FloQast house to the dumpy office at Ventura and Dixie Canyon, from the fresh new 10,000-square-foot office in Sherman Oaks to a hybrid-work model today — FloQast has maintained an award-winning company culture, and that won’t change anytime soon. 

Five years ago, we were thrilled to make the list. Today, we expect to make the list. FloQast is hiring more than ever, and maintaining a vibrant company culture that can evolve with the times is mission-critical to the company’s success, and that will never change. 

“Joining FloQast was the BEST decision I’ve ever made in my life,” Brandon Malekie, CPA, an Account Executive on the Sales team told me recently. “I took the leap of faith a little over a year ago and haven’t looked back. My overall well-being has improved significantly, I have more time (and money) to spend with my family and friends, and I love my job and LOVE talking about what I do. It’s been a particularly busy few months for the FloQast team. Just two weeks ago, we raised $110 million (at a $1.2 billion valuation), and a month before that was the official launch of the long-awaited FloQast add-on, FloQast ReMind. In May, FloQast was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the best workplaces in the country.

So, now it’s time to execute. FloQast is hiring for roles in every department, and with at least 40 open positions as of today, our priority is clear: Hire forward-thinking, proactive individuals to join our team, regardless of location, and take the next step on the path to IPO.
