FloQast Employee Resource Groups provide an open forum for employees from different backgrounds to share experiences, thoughts, and opinions that together deliver a more inclusive culture at FloQast.

FloQast is proud to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles (BBBSLA). BBBSLA is a youth empowerment organization whose mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. FloQast organizes several fundraising events each year and FloQasters volunteer their time to provide mentorship for at-risk youth.

FloQast IT partnered with Human-I-T to donate all end-of-life laptops, desktops, and other technology peripherals to those in need, or to power their low-cost/no-cost Internet service, which Human-I-T provides to students and households in the greater Los Angeles area. We have donated more than 647 pounds of equipment since our partnership began, keeping hundreds of devices out of landfills!
