As CEO and Co-Founder, Mike leads FloQast’s corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to founding FloQast, he managed the accounting team at Cornerstone OnDemand, a SaaS company in Los Angeles. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where he performed public company audits, opening balance sheet audits, cash to GAAP restatements, compilation reviews, international reporting, merger and acquisition audits and SOX compliance testing. Mike is also the author of Controller's Code: The Secret Formula to a Successful Career in Finance, an Amazon Best Seller providing career guidance for finance professionals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

As Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder, Chris oversees customer setup and support, product strategy and go-to-market planning. He works hands on with our new and existing clients to ensure their success in creating a faster, more accurate close process. Prior to joining FloQast, Chris was an Audit Manager at Rothstein Kass (acquired by KPMG), where he managed their largest client. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

As President and Chief Revenue Officer, Josh oversees all go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success). Prior to joining FloQast, he served in various executive roles, including President and Chief Revenue Officer at nCino, a leading cloud banking platform. With extensive experience in revenue generation and business strategy, Glover brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. A decorated veteran, he served with distinction as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer, earning numerous accolades for his leadership and valor. Glover is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Prior to joining the team, Jallow served as the vice president of finance at Looker – a data analytics company which was acquired by Google in 2019. As a veteran finance professional in the SaaS space, Razzak possesses a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and investor operations – for both public and private companies, including Google, Apple, and Adobe.

His former leadership roles include CMO at RingCentral and senior marketing roles at Adobe, Box, and Yahoo! – all contributing to his expertise in generating growth through strategic marketing.

Ken leads FloQast’s business development team. Previously he was CEO of Reach150, and held executive positions at Axcient and KACE as well as leadership roles at Inktomi, Oblix and Silicon Graphics. While at KACE he established a partnership with Dell that led to KACE’s acquisition. He received a BA from UCLA and MBA from Harvard.

Erik joined as FloQast's General Counsel and first legal hire in 2017. As General Counsel he oversees and manages FloQast's Compliance, InfoSec, and Legal Departments. Prior to joining FloQast, Erik practiced law at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. where his practice concentrated in the areas of M&A, investor activism and corporate governance. Erik received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MDiv with honors from Yale Divinity School and a B.A. magna cum laude from Boston College.

Adam is a CPA certified dual US/British citizen serving as Senior Vice President of International for FloQast. He heads a team responsible for all client activity in EMEA and APAC. Adam helped take FloQast to market 10 years ago as a part of the founding sales team. Prior to that, he worked in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco after achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a Master's Degree in Accounting, both at the University of Southern California.
