FloQast also continues to provide support after implementation and will follow up quarterly to review what is working/vs. not, and provide extra info on how to improve our experience. I wish we had switched over from BlackLine sooner! They also continuously update their features which is great.

"Simply put, FloQast is amazing and gives me confidence in our close process!"

Do it, you won’t regret it! It was super fast and easy to implement. It’s amazing at managing our close process, and it gives us confidence in our reconciliations. It’s so amazing. I’ve implemented at 3 different companies and wouldn’t hesitate to implement it again at future companies … I love referring FloQast every chance I get ... I had a horrible experience with BlackLine at the first company I was looking for close management software. The BlackLine experience was so bad, I had to find another solution, which is what led me to FloQast. I’ve now referred as many peers I can refer, and I will continue doing so.

We found that FloQast fit well into our existing close process and made it much more efficient. Other [vendors], such as BlackLine, required a longer and more costly implementation. It also required the use of their reconciliation formats. We did not see the value in that investment for what we perceived as a less-suited tool for our team.

I chose FloQast over BlackLine because we could easily pull reports from our CRM, ERP, and other systems and use those as backup for reconciliations. When I reviewed BlackLine we had to enter everything into their system and it felt like we would be spending time duplicating work both in our ERP system and in BlackLine’s system. The user interface and functionality was also much better when testing FloQast.
