Yes, the day is designed for both new and long-time users. It's recommended that new users reach out to their account manager for training information in advance of the gathering. This will ensure they have all of the tools and information to help get the most out of the day.
The costs to hold an event like this are considerable. While we seek to offset costs via sponsorships and other means, these are insufficient to cover the costs of the event. We need to charge a registration fee of attendees to help offset the total costs incurred.
