FloQast’s implementation process is painless and is done entirely over the phone. Our set-up team of CPAs speak the language of accounting and understand how to best get your team up and running before your next close. Here’s what our process looks like.
First thing’s first, we’ll need some information from you in order to get the set-up process started. Once we get what we need, the FloQast team can jump in.
FloQast reviews setup documents and prepares a “mapping” document to illustrate the FloQast setup. At this point, FloQast will contact you with any questions and schedule the mapping approval call.
With the mapping document in hand, we’ll walk through the document with you and get your final approval before we begin setting you up in FloQast.
With our team of CPAs on the job, you know you’re in good hands with FloQast. Once we have completed the setup, we’ll notify you that you’re ready to start owning your close with FloQast.
Don’t worry, we don’t abandon you there. We’ll conduct an on-boarding and training session with your entire team before your first close on FloQast. Of course, general Q&A and best practices will be discussed.
This is our favorite part. After your first close, we’ll connect again to review the engagement and address any questions, concerns, or feature requests you may have. You’re already on your way to a more streamlined month-end close process, and we’ll be here every step of the way.
