Looking to relaunch their digital community on a new platform, the FloQast Customer Marketing team worked with key stakeholders across the business to create several internal enablement programs and processes to help teams get informed and excited. FloQast also took a multifaceted approach to migrate community members, using personalized outreach and in-product notifications, and even offered a private VIP customer roundtable with its company founders. Since its launch, FloQast has seen a 233% increase in advocate engagement, 35% more engagement in discussions, and a 27% increase in community event attendance.
