Partner Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing partner marketing strategy and activities with FloQast partner partners. The partner Marketing Manager will (1) develop, evolve and implement partner marketing strategy, (2) manage and execute partner marketing activities, create supporting materials and manage communications and (3) work hand-in-glove with the partner sales team to build and develop partner partner relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and oversee FloQast’s day-to-day partner marketing activities working closely with the partner Sales organization; build and create innovative marketing programs and campaigns to generate new leads and drive engagement with partner partners;Develop integrated, data-driven co-marketing plans utilizing the work from a cross-functional team (business development, product, technical marketing, PR, web, community, creative, etc.)Build a scalable, effective partner marketing program to attract top quality partners, drive insights for selecting the best partners, and ensure mutual successIdentify and manage participation in partner marketing activities working closely with the rest of the Marketing and partner teams to drive demand and awareness. These might include webinars, virtual event, field events, tradeshows, webinars and dinners;Develop collateral, presentations and press materials as well as other partner enablement assets to market with and to partner partners. Create a resource portal by collaborating with FloQast’s partner Partnerships and Sales Enablement teams to enable and support partners at scaleUnderstand FloQast and partner(s) products, plans, customer problems/needs, and how they fit within FloQast’s ecosystemBuild and manage partner marketing budget; make data-driven decisions based on knowledge of what is known to work/doesn’t.Analyze and evaluate programs with an eye for constant improvement; report and measure programs’ effectiveness
Requirements
Experience creating marketing programs and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align, onboard, and execute a crystal clear vision and game plan5+ years B2B software marketing experience; prior partner marketing experience highly desired; prior SaaS experience desired.A track records of driving B2B sales results through partner marketing programs and initiativesDemonstrated cross-functional marketing expertise and co-marketing experienceDeep understanding of the finance and accounting or the fintech ecosystem preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills matched with brand and relationship building experienceSuccessful project management skills and a proven ability to work across functional areas to implement strategiesFamiliarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach is preferredOwnership mentality--you see it, you want it, you make it happen.“Critical thinker” who constantly strives to improve efficiency and streamline processes.Good communicator with a sense of humorBA/BS degree; prior accounting experience/background or former CPA a big plus.
