GTM Program Manager

Job Description:

The Business Application GTM systems team helps manage the enterprise tech-stack that supports the full lifecycle of our customer’s journey. This process includes lead generation, lead nurturing, opportunity stages, quote-to-contract, order to cash, customer onboarding and customer support. The Program Manager will focus in managing project backlogs and prioritization to help improve and streamline the go-to-market initiatives through process improvements, innovation and automation. In this newly created role, the GTM Program Manager will also help drive alignment with cross-functional teams, review business requirements, create functional design documents and translate those requirements to the system developers for development.

  • Partner and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and other teams to drive cross-functional initiatives for the go-to-market functions.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to prioritize system enhancement requests, find opportunities for improvement and help scale GTM systems.
  • Review business requirements with stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional requirement documentation for system projects and review it with business application developers for technical design.
  • Establish effective process to collaborate, share and maintain business information across multiple teams.
  • Develop and analyze program interdependencies to effectively manage complex system projects.
  • Provide transparency and consistent communication for project governance.
  • Create a clear, logical and realistic project plan and tasks and manage it end-to-end.
  • Keep executives and key stakeholders informed on project timelines and help mitigate risks by escalating issues when necessary.
  • Conduct postmortem analysis to capture learnings for continuous process improvement.
  • Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience in a project or program manager role focusing on GTM processes.
  • Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with ambiguity and providing creative solutions for GTM functions.
  • Extensive project management experience with strong organizational and analytical skills who can efficiently balance multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Energetic self-starter with proven track record of successful completion of GTM system projects in fast-paced working environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of current best practices with familiarity on Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and other go-to-market systems.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) or PMI Agile certification preferred.
  • Experienced working in a start-up or global GTM system projects for hyper-growth companies preferred.
