Customer Success Intern

Job Description:

The Customer Success Intern will be exposed to growing customer success and implementation teams and will assist them in their efforts to onboard new clients for our SaaS accounting solution. We are looking for motivated juniors and seniors in college who are determined to succeed and are passionate and curious. Our internship program is expected to last 8-10 weeks (Fall).

This is a paid position with emphasis on providing professional development and career mentorship. May lead to full-time opportunities within the Company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop an effective level of understanding of the problems our clients face and the way FloQast helps solve them
  • Note taking and minutes for group meetings
  • Helping prepare the Customer Success team for client calls and meetings
  • Preparing mapping documents for client setups
  • Updating client information in Salesforce
  • Content organization for Intranet site
  • Content curation for training newsletter
  • Special projects as requested

  • Desired Qualities and Skills:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours and must be able to commute to office location
  • Demonstrate ability and desire to learn new concepts
  • Eager to be coached
  • Commitment to self-improvement and success

  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
