FloQast GO is finally here! Here you will find helpful information for everything you need to know during your time at the event. Take a minute to familiarize yourself with this page!
*By attending the event in-person you are affirming that you are participating voluntarily. FloQast will follow all applicable local, state and federal COVID-19 regulations and expect all attendees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations and accept the risks associated with in-person attendance. All attendees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination status and sign an event waiver prior to the event in order to attend.
Any employee experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms leading up to the event should refrain from attending the event in-person and follow the recommended self-quarantine guidelines.

For internet access in your room, please use what was provided at Registration.
This event is not required but employees are strongly encouraged to attend for all three days, beginning Monday evening and through Wednesday night’s Unicorn party. In the event that you can attend in-person but cannot attend all of the days, please reach out to your manager and let the Events Manager, Stephanie Caracas (email@example.com) know.
If you are unable to attend for whatever reason that is ok! It will not be held against you and not negatively impact your role at FloQast.
All flights must be booked through our travel platform TripActions. In order to gain access to the TripActions Okta tile, you must have already provided proof of your full vaccination status and signed the required waiver form. If you have not done so already, you can send a picture or scan of your vaccine card to firstname.lastname@example.org, after which you will be provided with access to book your flight. All flights must be booked through TripActions. If you have any questions, please reference this document.
FloQast will only pay for one round trip ticket to/from LAX. UK based employees should plan to arrive in LA on Sunday, March 13th for a 4pm PST hotel check in, US based employees should plan to arrive in LA on Monday, March 14th for a 4pm PST hotel check in.
YES - hotel rooms have been booked and for those that apply, you are all set to check out on Friday.
YES - everyone who is local should use a rideshare app.
YES - if you are driving from these areas, you are approved to expense your mileage and hotel parking. Reminder to submit one expense report with all expenses after the event is over.
Since you technically won’t be traveling, the $100/day for meals does NOT apply for LA employees only for those who are taking flights.

If your room is ready, then yes. If it’s not ready at the time of your arrival, the hotel will be able to store your luggage for you.
You are each allowed to submit one expense report for out-of-pocket expenses incurred relating to your attendance at FloQast GO. Please do not expense individual charges as they occur - any expense reports for individual charges will be rejected.Any expenses outside of necessary spending (transportation to and from the airport or miscellaneous expenses incurred while traveling) will not be reimbursed. Specifically, any voluntary gatherings or outings (meals, bar tabs, ect) will NOT be reimbursed by FloQast.Once the event is over, please gather all receipts and submit one expense report by Friday, March 25th. We will be providing breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, so you should not have to expense any meals during these days.
For the check in day (Sunday - international employees / Monday- non international employees) and check out day (Thursday), we will apply the FloQast expense policy where employees are allotted $100/day for qualified reimbursements.
Uber / Lyft Reimbursements: A reminder that everyone who is staying at the hotel should use a rideshare app to/from the hotel, which you will be able to expense post event.
