FloQast’s Customer Success Team Honored Again as One of the Best

Here at FloQast, our main priority will always be providing our users with the best customer experience possible. 

That focus is illustrated best by reviews actual customers leave on review sites like G2. Just last week, in G2’s Financial Close Management Grid® Spring 2023 Report, users once again named FloQast as the best-in-class solution, topping competitors with real feedback from real users using the products on a daily basis. 

Whenever we take a look at these quarterly reports from G2, three indexes jump out to me:  

As part of my role here at FloQast, I help produce customer stories, where we regularly hear about how positive the relationship between accounting teams and their Accounting Success Managers is. Recently, however, that stellar customer experience was further validated with the news that FloQast’s Customer Success team had brought home three Stevie Awards for excellence in customer service.

Earlier this month, FloQast took home awards for: 

  • Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries – Software
  • Achievement in Customer Experience – Technology Industries
  • Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – 100 or More Employees

“World-class support from beginning to end! The customer service from beginning to end was world-class and largely contributed to a) us signing up for the platform and b) our continued success,” wrote one FloQast user.Tom Coldman was excellent from a sales perspective, as he was my first line of contact, always readily available and eager to help and provide me with key information to make my decision. The onboarding team, led by Karen Rosenbaum, was truly stellar, Karen got our team up to speed quickly and was instrumental in the success of our implementation. Finally, Brittany Shaw and Trevor Gonzalez continue to help us every step of the way, always able to get us the answers we need in the turnaround time that we need it. The whole team was super friendly, engaging, and truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you FloQast!”

The news comes in the midst of a flurry of activity for the FloQast team. In addition to the news from the latest G2 report, FloQast also launched a fresh new brand strategy for 2023 (and beyond!), our expansion into Australia and New Zealand, and new awards lauding FloQast as a best remote workplace.
