As CEO and Co-Founder, Mike leads FloQast’s corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to founding FloQast, he was part of the accounting & finance team at Cornerstone OnDemand, a Software as a Service company in Los Angeles providing talent management software to Fortune 500 clients. He was the 5th accountant brought on to the team to help prepare for their IPO, develop a month-end close process and manage a rapidly growing accounting department.
Mike began his career in the audit practice at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where he performed public company audits, opening balance sheet audits, cash to GAAP restatements, compilation reviews, international reporting, merger and acquisition audits and SOX compliance testing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
As CTO and Co-Founder, Cullen leads FloQast’s long-term technology vision and product execution. Prior to joining FloQast, Cullen developed digital solutions for MySpace and OneScreen Inc. His innovative products have been used by millions of concurrent users at Global 2,000 companies.
As COO and Co-Founder, Chris oversees customer setup and support. He works hands on with our new and existing clients to ensure their success in creating a faster, more accurate close process. Prior to joining FloQast, Chris was an Audit Manager at Rothstein Kass (acquired by KPMG), where he managed their largest client. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Wynn is responsible for FloQast’s global marketing initiatives which include driving demand and awareness for the rapidly growing close management software. Previously he was CMO for Druva, an endpoint data protection SaaS solution. Earlier he established and scaled marketing for online business intelligence provider Birst (acquired by Infor) and at KACE where he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth from 300 to more than 3,000 customers and eventual acquisition by Dell. Previously he was Vice President of Marketing at Oracle and has held senior marketing roles at Oblix and BEA (both acquired by Oracle). Wynn has spent more than two decades marketing B2B enterprise software. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ken is responsible for overseeing the company’s business and corporate development efforts which include strategic partnerships with complementary software companies and resale, referral and consulting partnerships with financial services firms. His role also encompasses technology licensing and M&A. Prior to joining FloQast, Ken was the CEO of Reach150, a provider of referral management software for relationship businesses. Previously, he was the vice president of business development at Axcient. He also served as the vice president of sales and business development at KACE, where he established a partnership with Dell that ultimately led to Dell’s acquisition of KACE. His career also includes leadership roles at leading technology companies including Inktomi, Oblix and Silicon Graphics. He holds a BA in business economics and political science UCLA, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Rob oversees FloQast’s product strategy and go-to-market planning. He is a longtime B2B SaaS product management leader, having held product and general management roles at OutboundEngine, ReachLocal, Business.com, Monster.com and EarthLink. Prior to his product management career, Rob was an award-winning journalist, and later an advertising and planning executive at the Los Angeles Times. He holds an M.B.A. from Dartmouth College, a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Brown University.
Amit oversees all software engineering efforts to develop FloQast’s world-class close management SaaS platform. With more than two decades of engineering leadership experience building B2B SaaS solutions, Amit has led engineering teams at GoDaddy, Pearson, Quark Software and Rivet Software where he worked closely with business and product teams to deliver multiple industry leading B2B SaaS offerings. Prior to joining FloQast, he was vice president and head of technology at ConsumerTrack. Amit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The Colorado College and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Denver.
As General Counsel, Erik is responsible for all aspects of FloQast’s legal affairs. Prior to joining FloQast, Erik practiced law at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. where his practice concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on securities law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and defense, and corporate governance. Erik received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MDiv with honors from Yale Divinity School and a B.A. magna cum laude from Boston College.
As Head of Customer Success, Lilith oversees the setup and onboarding team and helps our customers create a faster, more accurate close process. Prior to joining FloQast, Lilith obtained over 5 years in both public and private accounting and leverages the knowledge she gained in industry to work hands on with our new and existing clients. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge.
