Our Story

FloQast is close management software built by accountants for accountants so they can close faster and more accurately. Founder and CEO Mike Whitmire built FloQast to address the inefficiencies and repetitive processes common to the month-end close. FloQast recognizes the intricate processes you go through to close your books and how difficult it can be without dedicated software to organize and automate processes.

FloQast was created to make accountants’ lives easier by providing a single place to manage the close and give everyone visibility. We know how important Microsoft Excel and the General Ledger are in your day to day, which is why we made FloQast to seamlessly integrate with your existing systems, something our competition lacks.

Without a doubt, FloQast is the fastest, most accurate way to close your books. Its easy to navigate interface is familiar even for first time users. Our system is secure and integrates directly with your own storage system, making it easy for you to access securely at anytime. No wonder FloQast customers, on average, improve their close time by three days and 10 out of 10 customers recommend FloQast.
